1: How do I change my password or account information?
Unfortunately, for security reasons we can not update account information.  We are unable to change usernames, credit card numbers, email addresses, etc.

2: My username and password are not working?
Please remember that your username name and password are both CaSe SeNsiTiVe and they must be keyed in exactly the same way as when you joined. A letter "a" is NOT the same as "A".


3: My password not working?
If you are unfortunate enough to see the page where it says "Password not working", this either means that you have entered an incorrect username/password combination or your account has been blocked.  The primary reasons why an account would be blocked include proven usage by different people.  We request that you keep your login information secure so that this does not happen.

- Please make sure cookies are DELETED.
This can be done on your browser TOOLS>Internet Options> Click DELETE COOKIES

3- Make sure also that you have CLEARED HISTORY.
This can be done similar to deleting cookies. Go to your internet browser. Click TOOLS>Internet Options> Click CLEAR HISTORY

4- Please verify that your Personal Firewall settings are correct:
Firewalls, such as Norton Internet Security, are generally good things to have, but they sometimes interfere with our site. If you are behind a firewall contact your network administrator to see if you can have direct access to the internet from your computer. If you have a personal firewall, disable it while you are visiting our website, and turn it back on when you leave.

5- Please make sure that your Pop Up Blocker is DISABLED.
For the best possible experience while visiting our sites, please disable your Pop Up Blockers.

6- Adware Information :

2: What is QuickTime?
At its simplest, QuickTime is software that allows Mac and Windows users to play back audio and video on their computers and has been developed by Apple. In order to view QuickTime content, you will require their own QuickTime Player, which can be downloaded for free from the Apple site.

5: Which platforms are supported by QuickTime?
QuickTime is a cross-platform technology. It supports Mac OS 7.5.5 and later, Mac OS X, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, and Windows NT 4.0.

6:What are the system requirements for QuickTime 7?
Macintosh Users should have a PowerPC processor-based Macintosh computer running Mac OS 7.5.5 or later. Windows Users should have a Pentium-based PC or compatible computer running Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 or Windows XP.
A Sound Blaster or compatible sound card and speakers will add sound to the Quicktime clips.

7: Which speed do I need for a perfect movie?

- Low Speed Version min. 178kb/sec-
- High Speed Version min. 591kb/sec.

1: What company name will I be billed by?
Your credit card will be discreetly billed by "Epoch.com" or "CCBill". If you have paid by check you will be discreetly billed by "WTS".  All charges are discrete and anonymous.

2: How often will I be charged for your services?
Your account will be charged every thirty days from the day you originally subscribed. For example, if your account was activated on January 15th, your credit card will be automatically charged again on February 14th. If you cancel your account before that time, we will not renew your account. Instead your account will expire after your 30 day membership. For example, if you were activated on January 15th and we receive your cancellation on January 30th, your account would expire on February 14th. If you joined on trial basis, the 30-day billing cycle begins at the end of the trial unless you cancel within the trial period.

3: What is your refund policy?
All refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of the processors. 
For your subscription you will receive full membership benefits and access to our network for the entire membership period no matter when you cancel your membership.

4: I Canceled but you are still billing me?
If you have successfully completed our cancellation and you are still being billed, please contact billing support again immediately. They will ask you for 2 of the following: Credit card or checking account number, Email you
used to sign up, Member ID, or username.

In order to cancel your membership please visit the appropriate cancellation page:

2: How do I know that my membership was canceled?
Once you cancel your membership you will get a confirmation page. You will then receive a cancellation confirmation sent by email to the email address you provided when you signed up.


3: What if I didn't receive my cancellation confirmation Email?
Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours to receive your cancellation confirmation Email. If you changed your email since you signed up you may need to contact billing support again. Billing support will ask you for 2 of the following. Credit card or checking account number, Email you used to sign up, Member ID, or username.
